First, immediately inform the company on the customer care number and email ID. If there is a need for sponsor correction, the process must be completed within 30 days of registration. This involves reporting the issue in writing along with No Objection letters from the current and correct sponsors, with signatures from all parties involved or proof of wrongly putting sponsor details. It can be immediately informed within 48 hrs.
Yes, promoting similar opportunities or products from other companies is prohibited as it reflects a conflict of interest with Ownmor Global Private Limited.
No, consultants are not permitted to sell Ownmor products through online retail platforms or e-commerce websites. However, you can promote it on social media at your own risk without violating the rules and regulations and making false promises. Using social media can build a great business, but it should adhere to consumer ethics as per the country's law.

It depends on the creator and the purpose. Avoid acting like a company or creating account names with the company name and using the logo or representing as a company employee. You can create a social media profile using your name, followed by "Ownmor User" and the location.
No, consultants must not promote non-Ownmor businesses or schemes on the Ownmor Business platform, especially during activities organized to promote Ownmor products or at Ownmor events.
Selling Ownmor products below the Distributor Price (DP) violates policy as a User/Distributor and qualifies for deactivation. Offering some discount from the difference between MRP and DP is at the sole discretion of the consultant but should not be promoted on any e-commerce site. If found, the User/Distributor account will be deactivated.
If you do not place an order for three consecutive months, your account will be deactivated, and you will not be able to reorder using the same ID number. You can rejoin after 6 months.
