Product Exchange and Return
  1. Eligibility for Return/Replacement Ownmor offers returns or replacements for products within 30 days from the date of the invoice. Returns or replacements are accepted only for:
    • Defective products
    • Damaged products during delivery
  2. Condition of Products :Returns or replacements are accepted for unused products only. Please ensure the product is in its original condition.
  3. Quantity Limits :The maximum quantity allowed for returns or replacement is the quantity invoiced.
  4. Return Shipping Costs : The cost of return shipping is not applicable.
  5. Missing or Interchanged Products: If you receive missing or interchanged products in your order, kindly contact customer care within 3 days from the delivery date.
  6. Required Documentation
    • Product Return Request Form
    • Reason for Return
    • Copy of the Invoice
    • Products to be returned must be unused, saleable, unopened, and re-stockable.
Return/Refund Plan

Representatives who wish to terminate their association can return any Ownmor products within 30 days of purchase. The products must be in good condition, usable, resalable, restockable, unopened, and unaltered.

If the representative terminates within 30 days of the purchase date, Ownmor will provide a full refund for the products after deducting any bonuses paid and reversing any earned points on the products. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

This Repurchase Plan ensures that both the sponsor and the Company are responsible for ensuring that the representative is making prudent purchasing decisions.
